All personalized items are made custom for you. Because of this, we are unable to return personalized items. Please double check sizes and monograms before purchasing! If you receive something that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right!
As long as jewelry has been unworn, it can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full return. Between 7 and 30 days of purchase, items can be returned for store credit. After 30 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to sanitation reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
All other items
The items that are not listed above (personalized, jewelry or sale items), can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full return. Between 7 and 30 days of purchase, items can be returned for store credit. After 30 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there was a mistake of damage to your order, please contact us within 4 days of receiving it and we will be happy to fix it. Please make sure to save the packaging for damaged items so we can file claims with shipping services.
If you opt for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
