Will you monogram something I bring into the store?
Unfortunately, we don't take outside items. There is an off chance that your item could be damaged in the decoration process.
Do you personalize everything on-site?
We do all of our production in Fort Myers! Some production is complete on-site at the store and some is completed offsite.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from sunny Southwest Florida! -- Fort Myers, Florida to be exact!
Can I pick up my order locally instead of shipping it?
Yes, if you are located in the Fort Myers, Florida we would love to have you pick up your order in store! When checking out, select 'Store Pickup' as your shipping method!
Where is Sunny and Southern located?
We are just south of Alico Road off of US 41 right next to the large tiki hut!
I sent an email and have yet to receive a response. Should I send another?
We try to respond within 24 hours during business hours. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please send another email.
Can I make a change to my order?
Please double check all orders to make sure they are completed correctly. If you notice there was a mistake, please contact us ASAP. If the item has not been sent to processing, we will do our best to make the necessary change!
