The current turn around time for most orders is approximately 3-7 business days for in stock items! If the processing time is different then 3-7 business days, it will be stated in the product description!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 business day for the postal service to process it into their system.

The majority of our products are personalized thus we do not accept exchanges or returns. When you place your order please double check everything. Our full return policy can be found here.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If we made a mistake, no problem. We can fix it or send you a new item. We hope this never happens but, we are human and we do make mistakes.
If you opt for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
