Hi everyone! My name is Savannah and I work in Production at Sunny & Southern. Working hands on with our custom products has given me a new-found love and appreciation for our Double-Stitch Letters. This ultimate customization item gives you a great way to show your personality through designing your Greek letters. Here is a little guide to help you next time you want to create your own.
Step 1: Choose Your Shirt
Ranging from Crewneck Sweatshirts to Bella Racerback Tanks, we give our customers various options in choosing what item they would like to have Double Stitched. This is perfect for our greek women who are from across the country. I know attending college in sunny Southwest Florida instantly draws me to our Bella Tanks and Gildan T-Shirts. I know I can wear it year-round and for any type of event.
Step 2: Choose Your Fabrics
Our twill and fabric combinations are endless and there truly is something for everyone. The fabrics we have available include Lilly Pulitzer prints and a variety of others. The Lilly prints such as Gypsea and Good Reef are two of my favorites. I love these fabrics because they are so colorful and really eye-catching. We also have more simple fabrics including polka dots, flamingos, and flower prints. Any of these prints would be a great fit for your top fabric. Next fabric to choose is your bottom twill! Twill is the thicker fabric that will keep your Double-Stitch Letters shape wear after wear. Twill colors range from Metallic Silver to Maroon and everything in between. I always recommend customers starting out with their top fabric so they can pull colors from their top fabric in the twill.
Step 3: Choose Your Thread Colors
Final step, time to finish your Double Stitch Letters with your favorite thread colors! I think this is my favorite step because you get a final idea of what your letters are going to look like. Some of our customers choose the same thread colors or a darker one on the bottom and brighter one on top...it’s completely your preference! You also can take into consideration the color of your shirt as well. If you have a bright tank such as Comfort Colors Island Green, then choosing a neutral color might be best.
I hope this guide will aid you next time you’re choosing your Double Stitch Letters. Happy shopping and we can’t wait to see your combinations.
Always Sunny,
Savannah
